Finance Assistant - The Role

Manage electronic data and e-mails
Liaison with managers, accountants and support staff as necessary to provide an accurate andefficient service to clients.
To participate in all internal training, prepare and run training sessions and attended externaltraining.
Monitoring of bank statements for BACS receipts
Banking twice per week
Filing invoices accurately and correctly
Sending remittances to suppliers
Plus much more

Finance Assistant - Skills and requirements

A desire to learn and gain knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
Soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand the customers’ needs.
Working knowledge of QUBE computer system
Working knowledge of windows-based spreadsheets - i.e. Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills.
